Do you remember the days when we had just pen and paper? We had to work with many files and collaborate with the team? You couldn't access the document until a member of the team had finished. This solution wasn't fast when you wanted to locate a file or specific text in a file would take staff additional time.



With computers we all deal with files on many folders, sometimes there is a duplicate folder and we need to know which file is up to date and which is old. Maybe they have both been updated and we need to sort out the mess. This adds up valuable time to you and the team reducing productivity. The solution for company A is not the same as company B.
